Introduction:
Fiberglass Assembled Roving for thermoplasitcs is treated with silane agent for reinforcing PBT, PET, PP, PA, ABS, PC, etc. Such roving is used to produce thermoplastics with long fiber extrusion process. The resin and roving mixed in the extruder. The screw pump extrudes the resin and roving in the extruder together. Then the composite goes through water bath to get cooled down and then it goes through cutter for chopping into plastic pellets.
