Expanded PVC foam board is a closed cell and cross-linked polymer foam produced through a plastic extrusion process. It’s produced with polystyrene, blowing agent, nucleating agent and fire retardant material. The surface finish could be matte or glossy with or without UV resistant treating. The surface has a solid, smooth outer skin that gives the sheet a nice finish. With smooth surface, the PVC board can be used for professional printing. It is a good substitute for wood and it’s also used for processing of stamping, punching, drilling, screwing, nailing, etc.

Application:
Expanded PVC foam board is widely used as insulation board in many areas such as Wind energy, Marine industry, Transportation, building infrastructure. For example, it’s used in building decoration, furniture, advertisement parts and construction framework, display board, kitchen furniture, bathroom cabinet, book shelve, etc.
It is a new green environmental protection material to replace wood and steel. PVC foam board has the same processing properties as wood, such as sawing, digging, opening, nailing, and twisting. It’s also ok to process by the method of thermal bonding and plastic welding. It is a new international standard decorative material. During the production, there are no waste gas, sewage, waste residue or other pollution.
