Fiberglass RTM Mat

Introduction:

Fiberglass RTM Mat is a reinforcing fiberglass mat composed of 3 or 2 fiberglass layers with synthetic core which is composed of Polypropylene (PP) synthetic fibers.

Features:

High deformability to adapt to the mould cavities,

Good resin flow

Good mechanical properties,

Fast wet-out resulting from binder free

Easy adapt to different thickness owning to core resilience.

Application:

Fiberglass RTM Mat is used in RTM process, Vacuum bagging process, injection molding process for big parts with multi angles like truck body, train parts, automotive heads, etc..

Specification:

RTM mat could be composed with several layers of chopped mat with PP core and veil:

2 layers: chopped mat +PP core. Mat225g, 300g, 450g, 600g, PP core 180g, 250g,

3 layers: chopped mat + PP core + chopped mat

4 layers: chopped mat + PP core + chopped mat + veil
