PC Honeycomb Core

Introduction

PC Honeycomb Core is made of Polycarbonate and it’s transparent with different color, size and angles. This allows different materials such as acrylic, PVC, stone, wood, metal to be incorporated with PC honeycomb core together as a decoration materials. The PC honeycomb core is air permeable and it reduces the airflow resistance and lowers the airflow noise. It has good property in low temperature conduction.

PC honeycomb sheet is produced using one step forming technology. The inner cell wall is flat, smooth and clean which spread the air in further distance. It has some amazing characteristics:

Application

PC Honeycomb Core is often used in building decoration including decoration board for vessels, vehicles, yacht wall, ceiling, etc. It’s also used as mobile partition.

The inner cell core is non-toxic so it’s used in refrigeration and A/C vent.

It’s pervious to electromagnetic wave, so it’s also used in Radar, laser light, etc.
